BRP Shipping Policy:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $100 in the continental United States. Free Shipping does not apply to any bodywork, OEM or Aftermarket. This applies to most packages. This does not apply to oversize or heavy packages.
  • All Catalyst Composite bodywork ships in oversize cartons. We encourage you to order all of these parts at one time to save money in shipping. If you order 4 pieces at once, we will pay 1/2 of the shipping cost. Other parts shipped oversize are: OEM center cowls, 1 gallon+ of oil. We will pay 1/2 of the shipping cost on orders over 5 gallons. **Please call or email us with any questions**
  • Alsaka & Hawaii are charged as International
  • International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service unless it is oversized then it is shipped Fed-Ex.
  • Shipping Price is determined by weight and location via USPS, Oversize shipping is determined by weight, size, and location. Contact us before placing your order.
  • We ship Fed-X and USPS.
  • We insure for full value which in most cases is under $5.
  • We feel it's better to be safe than sorry.

 

BRP Ordering and Return Policy:

  • Returns gladly accepted if the parts are returned in the original package they were shipped in, but you must first contact us to obtain a RA#. Depending on the circumstance a 20% restocking fee will be charged. If the error is on our part, no charges will be applied, and all shipping charges will be paid. If the error is on your part, all shipping charges will be on you.
  • Once you place your order it will show "In Process" - This means your order has been processed, but parts have not been ordered. You may still cancel at this time with no cost to you.
  • "Not Shipped" status means that your parts have been ordered and if you cancel you will be charged restocking fees of 20% in most cases. At this time you may add to your order. In most cases, there will be no additional shipping charges.
  • "Ready for Pick Up" status means your parts are in stock and ready to ship. At this time, if there is a shipping fee, it will be charged. You will be notified via e-mail or phone.
  • "Shipped" status means your parts have been shipped. You will receive a tracking e-mail and by the end of the business day the Shopping Cart will be updated and it will send you an update, along with tracking information.
  • Special Orders : Once the order is placed, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied if the order is cancelled for any reason.
